New Xbox One With 1TB Drive Inbound

Not yet the proud owner of an Xbox One? Now may be the time to jump in, as Microsoft has announced today that a new hardware bundle is on the way. The bundle will include a 1TB drive as well as the newly redesigned controller. The new console will feature a matte finish, so no more finger prints to plague your expensive machine. The new controller will feature new “fine tuned” bumpers and can now update wirelessly. The controller also has a 3.5mm headphone port so you can now use your favorite ear buds as well! This new bundle will be released in the United States on June, 16 2015 with other markets hitting later in the month and is set to retail at $399. Furthermore the company is permanently cutting the standard model of the One down to $349.

Perhaps just as exciting for fans of the Xbox One controller, is that the company is also announcing that it will be producing a wireless adapter for your PC, allowing it to connect to your Xbox One controller. The USB dongle will retail for $24.99 on its own and will be bundled with a controller for $79.95. Unfortunately no firm release date was given.
