Physical Version Of Wolfenstein: The Old Blood Has A Release Date

With all this huge Fallout 4/Bethesda trailer and announcement news (Plus the incredible tease and possible 2015 release date) it’s easy to forget the other fantastic games in the Bethesda catalog. Wolfenstein: The Old Blood, which released digitally last month, is one of those games. The stand alone prequel to last year’s Wolfenstein: The New Order, an incredible game with great gunplay and a surprisingly engrossing story, Wolfenstein: The Old Blood is receiving its physical release very soon. On July 21, Wolfenstein: The Old Blood will be receiving a physical release for the Playstation 4 and Xbox One versions of the game. The digital version of Wolfenstein: The Old Blood is price at $19.99, buyers who’ve waited for the physical version can likely expect to pay $20-$30 for that version, although no official price was given.

Wolfenstein: The Old Blood is a fantastic shooter that plays great and looks great with an even heavier focus on shooting ahead of story, compared to its predecessor. Clocking in at about 6 hours long for a first playthrough, it’s a perfect length for its price. Hopefully it receives the attention it deserves with this physical release.
