Dark Souls 3 Leak Including Screenshots

In the days leading up to E3, it was rumored that Dark Souls 3 would be one of the large reveals at the popular event. Earlier today, screenshots and new information leaked from the apparent press conference for the third game in the Dark Souls franchise. YouTube channel, The Know, released the leak and you can check out their video below:

Some of the major reveals from the leak are as follows:

Arriving on Xbox One and PS4 in 2016.

      PC version is negotiable.

      Support for 1-4 players.

10 playable classes, all available from the start.

45 new enemies and 15 new bosses.

      200 new items.

      60 minutes of cutscenes.

      12 areas in the game.

      New “Sacrifice Ceremony” mechanic.

“Heat Up” factor in boss battles.

    “Sword Fighting Arts” abilities.

One of the most notable items on the list is the lack of a PC version set to release in 2016. It’s very possible that the console versions will release first with the PC version coming later. The possibility of Dark Souls 3 never coming to PC is very small. As far as the gameplay is concerned, the new details seem to indicate an interesting change to Dark Souls 2. The most interesting changes include the PVP elements with the “Sacrifice Ceremony” allowing players to enter other players’ games with the sacrifice of an enemy. This adds an element of danger at all times, which may be very fun or very frustrating.

With the news coming out already, it’s looking to be a very interesting E3!
