Square Enix Reveals Deus Ex: Mankind Divided

Square Enix certainly knows how to hype a game. After a long-form teaser circulated around the web recently, many were wondering what property the team would be revealing? A new Final Fantasy remake? The anticpated The World Ends With You Sequel? A LEGEND OF DRAGOON SEQUEL?!

Negative on all counts. Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is on the way, and early impressions of it look incredible.

First revealed via Game Informer, Executive Game Director at Eidos-Montréal Jean-Francois Dugas came on the official PlayStation Blog to talk a bit about the upcoming title, and show off the slick reveal trailer below.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is a direct sequel of 2011’s Deus Ex: Human Revolution (read our revisited review of that title here), and again stars protagonist Adam Jensen as he attempts to “unravel a vast conspiracy involving secret organizations, which are working behind the scenes in an attempt to control the fate of mankind.” Despite some criticism, including sub=par production values and awful boss fights, Human Revolution was well-received by fans and critics, and Mankind Divided looks to be a worthy sequel.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided does not have a specified release date, but it has been announced for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.,
