Square Enix tease a ”surprise” JRPG for 2015

Square Enix president Yosuke Matsuda has teased a”surprise” Japanese RPG title scheduled to launch in 2015, while discussing the company’s fiscal year.

Games Talk (via Gematsu) conducted an interview with Matsuda, who says that Square Enix have a ”considerable amount of high-end games both in and out of the country” for fiscal year 2015, and “starting with Final Fantasy XV, we’ll be putting out news for Japanese RPGs.”

When discussing the line-up of JRPG’s for 2015 Matsuda teased “I think we’ll have a little surprise, too,” before stating that he’s referring to “a JRPG for home game machine(s).”

For now though, Square Enix will be releasing Final Fantasy Type-0 HD for PS4 and Xbox One next week in the UK, and available now in the US, which comes packaged with a playable, 3-hour demo of the upcoming Final Fantasy XV title Episode Duscae.
