Exo Survival Revealed As Advanced Warfare’s Third Mode
Since Call of Duty: World at War, the massively popular franchise has included a third cooperative mode to supplement the standard campaign and competitive multiplayer. Treyarch is best known for adding Nazi zombies to the mix, while other entries have seen the wave-based Extinction and Survival modes, as well as the mission structured set up of Spec Ops mode. Today, lead developer Sledgehammer Games reveald via a new trailer the third mode for the upcoming Advanced Warfare: Ex Survival.
As you can see in the trailer, it appears to be a wave-based cooperative mode in the same vein as Survival, albeit with much more impressive weaponry. With the new tools and toys they are giving you to play with, it looks like this mode could be a blast, and the trailer seems to confirm it will allow at least up to four players to team up and take it on. The name implies that the exoskeleton seen in the trailer will play a big part in your strategy. Looks like we will have to wait until November 4th until we find out, when Advanced Warfare releases on PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3 and PS4.
