The Last of Us: Remastered Gets A Price Drop

The Last of Us: Remastered recently received a new $10 price drop digitally, leading to Sony confirming that people who pre-ordered the game with the $60 price tag will also receive a $10 refund. This sudden drop in price naturally angered and confused a wealth of costumers who felt were being punished for pre-ordering the game earlier.

Sony’s Adam Boyes promised on Twitter that refunds will materialize in the next five to seven business days. The game’s release date was unveiled during Sony’s E3 press conference a few weeks back, and it is at the tail-end of next month. The new remastered version of arguably 2013’s best title will include the full game alongside all single-player and mutliplayer DLC.

Along with remastering The Last of Us for PS4, developer Naughty Dog is busy making Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. A few new details were revealed about the game, including it’s story details which tease that this might be protagonist Nathan Drake’s final adventure.
