May PlayStation Plus Free Games Announced

As per usual, Sony has revealed the upcoming PlayStation Plus free games of May for subscribers. Do note however that some of these games will replace April’s PS Plus offerings, so you’ll do well to download them before they disappear.

For PlayStation 4, subscribers will be able to play point and click puzzle platforming adventure Stick it to the Man! The game, which boasts an impressive and distinct art direction, follows a regular guy called Ray who wakes up to find a giant pink hand floating out of his head. The game originally released for the PS3 and Vita last year and is finally being brought to PlayStation 4 early next month.

For PlayStation 3, SCE Japan Studio’s platformer Puppeteer, Konami’s Pro Evolution Soccer 2014, and Lab Zero Games’ update to their popular 2D fighting game Skullgirls Encore will be available in the U.S. European customers will receive Payday 2 instead of PES 2014 and Skullgirls Encore.

The PlayStation Vita will receive a pair of free games as well, critical gem Limbo and and electricity-themed block-matching puzzle game Surge Deluxe. European customers will get Muramasa Rebirth and Hot Shots Golf instead.
