See The Art of Child of Light Come Alive
Renowned Japanese artist Yoshitaka Amano famous for his design and concept work for the Final Fantasy series, is now part of the latest look at Ubisoft’s Child of Light. The studio recently gave players and art enthusiasts alike the pleasure of seeing him hard at work painting the upcoming role-playing game sped up in real-time.
The diverse team behind Child of Light, including Far Cry 3 creative director Patrick Plourde, partnered with Amano to create an art print inspired by the game, portraying that of young heroine Aurora, surrounded by strange characters in the stranger world she journeys through.
Artwork such as what you see above is currently available for pre-order in Europe and will be featured in the Child of Light Deluxe edition, including a copy of the game along with several other other hands on goodies.
The game seems to rekindle the classic spirit of JRPGs in grand form. It just might succeed. Players can experience the beauty of Child of Light for themselves when it arrives for Wii U, PS3, PS4, Windows PC, X-Box 360 and Xbox One on April 30.
