Borderlands 2 Valentine’s Day DLC Out Now
Gearbox Software has rreleased the latest Borderlands 2 DLC, titled Mad Moxxi and the Wedding Day Massacre for USD $2.99 / GBP £2.39 / EUR 2,99 € on PC and Mac via Steam, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3.
The website goes on to give a summary of the story for Mad Moxxi and the Wedding Day Massacre, stating:
Mad Moxxi and the Wedding Day Massacre was inspired by one of our favorite holidays and is full of love and cuddles, but with a Borderlands twist. This add-on features the return of Innuendo Bot 5000 and its creator, Mad Moxxi, as they try to bring two rival clans together with the help of the Vault Hunters. They think love and understanding will bring peace to the clans, but as you know, things don’t always work out the way you’d hope on Pandora – especially when it involves the Hodunks and the Zafords. Ellie also makes an appearance and tries to help out too, but she isn’t very keen on keeping things civil.
This is the fourth Headhunter DLC, meaning that beating the boss of the DLC will net you a new head and skin for each character class. Gearbox Software has stated that, although they are pushing technical limitations with the sheer amount of extra content, a fifth and final Headhunter DLC is scheduled to be released, Sir Hammerlock Versus the Son of Crawmerax. It’s current release date is sometime in April.
