The Last of Us Left Behind DLC

Naughty Dog: No Further Single-Player DLC Planned for The Last of Us

Over at the European PlayStation Blog, Naughty Dog Community Strategist Eric Monacelli revealed that, while fans of The Last of Us can enjoy the new Left Behind DLC very soon, they should not expect similar content in the future.

Monacelli confirmed that Naughty Dog is currently working on multiplayer DLC, with no single-player DLC planned for release:

There’s multiplayer DLC up next. We don’t have any more single player DLC planned.

Commenting on the exact length of the DLC, Monacelli said that “it’ll be good length,” though players will have to factor in the difficulty, as well as their level of expertise with The Last of Us. Finally, Monacelli confirmed that Naughty Dog recorded new music solely for the DLC.

Those looking forward to the Left Behind DLC can purchase it on Valentine’s Day, February 14, for $14.99. The DLC is included in the main game’s season pass, which includes all of the game’s future DLC and goes for $19.99.

You can look forward to our review when the DLC launches.
