Microsoft has announced that it will not let indie developers publish directly to the Xbox One.
Developers of indie games that wish to sell their game on the Xbox One will need a publishing deal with
either Microsoft or a certified third-party.

Call of Duty: Ghosts is also headed to the PS4. Confirmation came today from Infinity Ward that indeed the next Call of Duty will be coming to the PS4, PC as well as the Xbox One.

Alan Wake, the horror thriller video game, is out this week on Humble Bundle. Alan Wake and Alan Wake’s American Nightmare is on Humble Bundle’s weekly sale. The bundle includes both games, developer commentary videos, soundtrack, an illustrated PDF book, comic books, comcept art, photos, and more.

EA has announced that it will be producing games for Nintendo’s latest console, the Wii U. Blake Jorgensen, CFO of EA, made a comment at a media conference yesterday when asked by the audience member. (clip)

Twitter has released its two-factor authentication today in response to the hacking attempts on media accounts. You can enable the two-factor authentication via your settings page once logged in. The authentication method works via your smart phone, once enabled you will need to send a code to your phone to type on the website to log in. Twitter does mention that not all phones may work for this type of authentication.
