Stillalive Studios Launches Son of Nor Kickstarter Campaign
Stillalive Studios, an Austrian indie developer, is hoping gamers will support its newest project Son of Nor, a 3D single-player and co-op action adventure video game set in a dynamic desert world which can be shaped by the player’s magic (telekinesis primarily). According to the Kickstarter campaign, players will be able to create spells by combining different types of magic, play with up to 4 players in cooperative mode, solve puzzles, defeat enemies, and more. The story is set in the world Noshrac, where the main character is on a mission to stop the impending attack of the Sarahul army. Along the adventure, the player faces wild animals and Sarahul troops, and must use their magic in order to succeed. Below is the complete plot displayed in the game’s official Kickstarter page.
“With the intention to exterminate the human race, the refuge is soon discovered by the Sarahul Empire whose armies are being readied for the attack. You are a Son of Nor, a human blessed by Nor, the goddess of the night. You possess the power of telekinesis and the ability to shape the sands of Noshrac. It is your purpose to protect what’s left of your race and to save it from extinction. On your quest to save the human race, you’ll uncover long forgotten secrets, learn magic old as time and stand your ground against attacks and ambushes of different enemies. But be careful whom you trust! Dangers lure everywhere and even time itself might prove to plot against you…”
