CV Suggests Dragon Age 3 Delayed Until 2014, Launching on Next-gen Consoles

The LinkedIn profile of an Electronic Arts designer has indicated that BioWare’s Dragon Age 3: Inquisition has been delayed until 2014 and will launch on next generation platforms.

Tao Gu’s CV states that: “[The] Scope of the DAIII has been changed, which will target next gen platform and will be postpone to 2014.”

Inquisition will run on the Frostbite 2 engine and comes after what some consider a disappointing Dragon Age 2 due to a short development cycle. While the delay has not been confirmed by EA the RPG had originally been intended for late 2013 though the publisher had not announced which platforms would see a release.
