A lot of people think playing video games is a waste of time. Video games can actually boost your brain power. Here's how it works and the benefits.
Scott Pilgrim Gets Online Multiplayer Aug. 19
Sure, we’re only a couple of days away from its two-year anniversary, but that doesn’t mean Ubisoft is giving up on their excellent beat-em-up Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. One of its few shortcoming was the lack of online play, but a new patch, due out Aug. 19, is fixing that problem, while adding Scott’s roommate Wallace as a playable character.
Both the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions are scheduled to receive the DLC, which costs $5. It’s unfortunate that online play isn’t being released as a free patch, seeing as it probably should have been there anyway, but I suppose I’ll fork over five bucks to finally be able to play this online. I sure hope the matchmaking works well. Ubisoft hasn’t always had the best track record in that department.
If you haven’t played Scott Pilgrim, or are just looking for an excuse to dig back in, this DLC is perfect. It may have been a long time coming, but post-game support is something I’ll never argue against, no matter the time frame.
