PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale public beta this fall
I still think the name is pretty stupid, but that’s besides the point. For those of you who are still inquisitive about the fun factor of PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale (ugh), then Sony has you covered. Sony will launch the public beta for its latest fighting game later this fall. As for who else will join the roster, Sony will announce the next fighter at Gamescom later this month.
Sony also took the time to address recent leaks related to what stages are in the game and the roster itself. In a statement on the PlayStation Blog, Chan Park, President of SuperBot Entertainment, stated that “In addition, there was an unexpected and unintended leak in our beta that allowed fans to be able to see some additional content. We’ve enjoyed reading all of the fan reaction and are thrilled that so many of you are excited to learn more about our character roster and level mash-ups, however we are still in development and the leaked content does not fully represent the final product nor the incredible efforts that were made to make these elements truly spectacular.”
PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale (sigh) will fight its way to the Vita and PlayStation 3 on October 23rd.
