Valve and Adult Swim Working Together on Team Fortress Project
According to Eurogamer, television network Adult Swim has announced that they are working with Half-Life developer Valve on a project related to Valve’s Team Fortress series. While it is not yet known if this means a television show is forthcoming, we can expect to hear more about the announcement next week. A quote about the story was found on Adult Swim’s website, and said the following:
“Coming next week, Adult Swim & Valve are teaming up for something that you’ll probably enjoy. To learn how their video game peanut butter will be getting in our network’s chocolate, come back next week.”
Adult Swim is not new to gaming, the network having their own series of browser-based games that have also appeared on iOS and mobile devices. They also share the ever-popular male aged 18-35 demographic familiar to video games, giving the crossover some likely credibility. As stated above, keep an eye out for more news on the project in the next few days.
