Ratchet & Clank

Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault headed to PSN this fall

Lookie here! Yes, Insomniac Games is preparing to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Ratchet & Clank by releasing the Ratchet & Clank Collection this summer, but that doesn’t mean the company will stop there. Insomniac Games CEO Ted Price took to the US PlayStation Blog to announce a new Ratchet & Clank game.

Titled Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault, the game will return to “the series’ classic feel, camera, controls and weapons, while innovating and giving you a whole new way to play,” but in terms of hard details, Price didn’t really give any. According to Price, it’ll be a “fun-sized” Ratchet & Clank title, much more in the vein of Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty. Oh, and there will be guns. Big fucking guns. The game will also feature online co-op, though how it actually works, Price didn’t say.

Look for Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault to launch on PSN this fall.
