Resident Evil: Chronicles HD Collection

Resident Evil: Chronicles HD Collection crawls its way to PSN on June 26

For those of you with PlayStation Moves, prepare to dust them off. Capcom is set to release Resident Evil: Chronicles HD Collection on the PlayStation 3’s PlayStation Network on June 26. Chronicles includes Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles and Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles. I’m pretty sure this collection is specifically aimed for people who not only own a PlayStation Move/PlayStation 3, but also who like/love rail shooters and didn’t play the original versions of the Chronicles‘ games on the Wii. It’s a pretty specific group, isn’t it?

If you absolutely hate buying games together, you can buy Umbrella Chronicles and Darkside Chronicles separately for $14.99 each starting July 17th. If, however, you absolutely must have both, you can grab Chronicles HD Collection for $26.99. The press release is down below, for those of you who don’t mind a little extra reading.

We’re pleased to confirm that the previously announced Resident Evil: Chronicles HD Collection will be available to purchase from the PlayStation Store on June 26th in North America for $26.99. The collection features previously released Resident Evil titles – Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles and Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles, which have been remastered for the PlayStation 3 with stunning HD graphics and PlayStation Move compatibility.

The titles will also be available to purchase separately for $14.99 each from the PlayStation Store starting July 17th.
