Irrational Games Lets Go of 8 Employees
Irrational Games has let 8 employees go today. Irrational Games is the developer of BioShock Infinite and are currently working on two downloadable content packs for the game: Burial at Sea Episodes 1 and 2. Irrational Games has confirmed the layoffs when approached for comment today by Kotaku: “In an effort to streamline our processes I am sad to confirm that we let go a total of 8 employees today”.
Irrational Games mentioned that they are still working on the two content packs (Burial at Sea 1 and 2) and are still set for original release date, which is some time later in 2014.
