Now that Nintendo has announced its plans to get into the mobile gaming market, how does its briefly alluded to new project, the "NX", fit in? What will its purpose be, and how will it tie into the mobile service with DeNA?
The Simpsons: Tapped Out Now Available on Google Play!
After a long long wait, and many many tauntings by my wife as she played the game all day long in front of me, The Simpsons: Tapped Out is finally available on Google Play. If you didn’t know already, the game is wonderful for any Simpsons fan as it is full of inside jokes from the numerous seasons and plenty of new jokes that are better written than many of the newer episodes.
The Simpsons: Tapped Out is a Sim-City like game in which you are rebuilding Springfield from the ground up after Homer accidentally blew it up. You gain money and XP in order to level up, unlock characters and buildings, and to buy donuts which can speed up tasks. You also have the ability to go to Springfield’s that your friends are building which will reward you money and an opportunity to cause chaos. Also, the game has beautiful updates that correlate with our real time seasons/holidays. Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Valentines Day have all been represented in Tapped Out since it has been on iOS.
