Sega CEO Hajime Satomi says he wants to improve the quality of their games moving forward. That could mean a lot of things. It's nice to hear, but what they do next with their games is the real answer.
New Mass Effect 3 Reckoning DLC to Feature Co-Op Story Missions, New Multiplayer Modes?
Thanks to a savvy user, some interesting details about forthcoming Mass Effect 3 DLC has been unearthed after mining the information out of a recent patch for the game.
Among other options, the “Reckoning” DLC will feature co-op story missions and uses your save data from the game, including moral choices you might have made throughout its campaign.
See the supposed marketplace description below:
“The day of reckoning is nigh! The Reckoning Multiplayer Expansion brings six new never before seen co-op story missions to the game and new co-op gameplay modes. It provides four new maps to conquer and hazard variations of the Earth maps.
“It also enables reinforcement packs that offer new kits for the salarians, krogans, humans and volus. In-game reinforcement packs now include three new weapons (Chakram Launcher, Blood Pack Punisher and Adas Anti-Synthetic Rifle).”
BioWare has yet to confirm the DLC, so all details and descriptions at this point should still be considered speculation. However, be expecting a confirmation from the company soon, as they already teased forthcoming DLC earlier this week with some cryptic tweets.
