Tony Hawk Creators Working On Modern Warfare 3 DLC
Activision has a history of bringing in other internal studios to help with their baby Call of Duty, but the next developer to be tapped is quite surprising.
NeverSoft Studios, best known for creating the Tony Hawk games, has been selected to help create Modern Warfare 3s next batch of DLC. NeverSoft announced a while back that they were hiring staff to work on a FPS, but few guessed that some Modern Warfare DLC was in the works. Maybe this is just practice for an upcoming original IP, although working on CoD probably isn’t the best way to inspire originality.
Details on the project are scarce, but you can head over to Neversoft’s webpage to check them out. No plans or timeframes are being released, but personally I’m hoping for a MW3 map set in the school from Tony Hawk 2. And the ability to shoot Bob Burnquist somehow.
