Sega CEO Hajime Satomi says he wants to improve the quality of their games moving forward. That could mean a lot of things. It's nice to hear, but what they do next with their games is the real answer.
Ubisoft Trademarks Assassin’s Creed Utopia and Watch Dogs 2
Ubiosft has swiped up a number of trademarks according to OXM. These include Assassin’s Creed Utopia, Assassin’s Creed 3: Rise and Watch Dogs 2. In all the company has acquired 30 new trademarks.
Rabbid’s Land and Just Dance Disney Party are also included. Although Watch Dogs has only just been announced at Ubisoft’s E3 media briefing it seems the company has very high hopes for the new franchise which certainly impressed many with it’s demonstration. The French publisher is looking to make at least four sequels to the cyberpunk noir game.
Regarding the Assassin’s Creed trademarks we’ll likely see plenty of DLC while Utopia could be a TV mini series spin-off or the movie being produced by Sony.
