Square Enix's decision to split Final Fantasy VII Remake into multiple installments may harm the game for one big reason.
Triple Nine Up Next for Woody Harrelson
Woody Harrelson recently finished the intense and dark; mega hit TV show True Detective, where he starred alongside Mathew McConaughey as a troubled detective investigating a gruesome murder of a young girl. With the success of True Detective, you’d think Woody would want to leave the badge on the table for a while, however reports suggest that he has signed on to play another cop in John Hillcoat’s new crime film, Triple Nine.
Penned by newcomer Matt Cook, Triple Nine’s plot follows a group of gang members and a corrupt cop who plan the murder of a police officer in order to pull of their biggest heist yet across town.
The director John Hillcoat, known for prohibition drama Lawless and the excellent, but grim adventure movie The Road, has been pushing this project through development for some time; and it’s no surprise as to why. You only have to look at the cast of acting talent, from the likes of Casey Affleck, Anthony Mackie, Michael B. Jordan, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Aaron Paul, Teresa Palmer, and Kate Winslet too get excited.
Let’s hope this will be a movie to remember. Triple Nine is due to release sometime in 2015.
