Square Enix's decision to split Final Fantasy VII Remake into multiple installments may harm the game for one big reason.
Martian Manhunter Available Now In Injustice: Gods Among Us
Injustice shipped with an impressive roster of 24 characters at launch. These characters ran the gamut from household names like Batman, Superman The Joker and Wonder Woman, to fighters some of you may never have heard of, like Killer Frost, Black Adam and Doomsday. As the game gained popularity, NetherRealms added a steady stream of DLC characters, including Scorpion from their flagship franchise Mortal Kombat. Batgirl, Lobo and General Zod were also made available, and these four brawlers concluded the four-character promise of the original Season Pass.
Apparently Season 2 has started, because a new fighter has entered the fray today. One of, if not the most, requested characters is bringing his versatile fighting chops straight from the Justice Leauge: Martian Manhunter.
While not the most well-known superhero, Martian Manhunter brings a wealth of abilities, including super strength and speed, hyper intellect, flight, telepathy, invisibility and forcefield projection. It’s easy to imagine all the fun stuff that NetherRealm has thought up for this guy. To say he is powerful is an understatement; Superman once said of him “He is the most powerful being on the face of the earth.” Sounds like a winner to us!
Of course, this also means that we can likely expect at least three more characters to come. Who will they be? Will they take our suggestions and choose from the ten heroes we would like to see? Eh, probably not. Who would you like to see get beat up by Batgirl next?
